A brand personality brand book dedicated to gaining a deep understanding of the brand’s personality

Ben & Frank is a brand dedicated to offering products for people who wear glasses. They currently have hundreds of stores around Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. This brand has always had a special focus on its communication. This project aimed to centralize best practices in communication and design and document them in a manual that could be internally shared with a clear and practical implementation focus. A 150-page document was created with different sections that address the brand's needs. It was a collaborative process with the Ben & Frank team.
